Our CERTIFIED SIGNING AGENTS will conduct your mortgage loan closing seamlessly from start to finish. This includes everything frombooking an appointment, corresponding with the borrower and all parties involved, wearing the proper attire, completing the signing and returning the documents immediately.

Clients will have ample time to review and sign all documents in a stress-free atmosphere usually in the comfort and privacy of their own home or office.

We are always in contact with our customers, working with them to set the appointments and keeping them informed of any changes that may occur with the signing. We will travel to any location that is convenient for the borrower.

Signed documents are triple checked for accuracy. We know what it takes to ensure your loan will fund as scheduled.

Loan signing services include, but are not limited to:

Notarization of documents • Obtaining all signatures required

Acquiring any additional information from borrower as required by lender/escrow
Pick-up and delivery if necessary

Completion of loan signing in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrower

Cancellation fee for signing
A cancellation fee equal to 50% the quoted fee is due and payable if notarization/signing does not take place when notary arrives,or if cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled appointment.
